LOTTO ticket sales extended to 21h00 on draw days

Uthingo today announced that ticket sales will be extended by 30 minutes on
draw days with effect from Wednesday, May 28, 2003.
“LOTTO players will now be able to purchase their tickets until 21:00 on
Wednesdays and Saturdays. The draw will still take place at 21:30 on ETV,” says
Uthingo CEO, Humphrey Khoza.
“We are hoping that the extension of ticket sales on draw days will provide
last minute players an opportunity to buy the chance of winning millions of
Rands,” added the CEO.
The new draw closure time will only apply to retailers that operate until or
beyond 21:00.
Previously, ticket sales closed at 20h30.
