Members appoint Yellow Sky Investments - trading as "Club Lottery", Registration No. 2000/025160/23 ("the company") as their agent to purchase tickets for them in the South African National Lottery.The number of tickets and number combinations to be entered on their behalf is specified beforehand. The services rendered by the company include the purchase of tickets, the safekeeping of such tickets and the claiming of and arranging payment of prizes.Any money paid by way of prizes will be paid directly into the member's bank account once the total has exceeded R150, or a higher amount stipulated by the member, or at the end of the 52-week membership period. Should a member win any prize, the company will not, without consent, publish or cause to be published any names in any newspaper, magazine or other printed matter.The company uses technology of the highest standards to ensure as far as is reasonably possible that there is a professional service at all times.However, members acknowledge and agree that the company, its directors, officers, employees and other persons associated with it will not be responsible for any losses suffered arising from any technical or other error in purchasing tickets for its members or in recording number combinations on the member's behalf. Tickets will be bought on behalf of members only when the company has received payment of membership fees. Should the confirmation received fall on a Tuesday/Friday which is a public holiday; or a Wednesday/Saturday, tickets will only be purchased for the member's next draw following the confirmation. The company takes the utmost caution to ensure all information on the site is accurate. However, the information is provided as is, and without any warranty.
